HelpDesk participates in Google Ads and uses third-party analytics and advertising services. These services may use cookies and collect data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to such data collection and agree to comply with the applicable policies of Google and other third-party providers. We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party services.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California.
